PC Paradise provides warranty only for products where the manufacturer provides warranty support. The warranty terms are defined by the original brand or manufacturer.
Warranty services are mainly handled by the respective brand or manufacturer. PC Paradise assists customers in claiming warranty service when needed.
➤ Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is provided according to applicable laws and manufacturer policies.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
- Consumable items such as mouse grips or skates are not covered.
- Damage caused by fire, electrical issues, water, or natural disasters is not covered.
- Products sent for warranty service will be inspected before repair or replacement.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase such as invoice or money receipt.
- Customers may need to pay shipping charges for warranty claims.

- If a refund is required, processing may take up to 10–15 working days.

- Orders are usually processed within 48–72 hours if the product is in stock.

- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier services.
➤ Physical Damage Policy
- Products with physical damage are not eligible for warranty service.
- Improper installation, burn damage, liquid damage, or tampered stickers will void warranty.
- Physically damaged products will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
