Please contact us immediately if the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete.

PC Paradise will provide replacement or refund according to the terms below.

➤ Refund & Return Policy

• The product and box must be in perfect and intact condition.
• The product must be returned with the original manufacturer packaging.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and without any damage.
• The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
• All items must be returned including manuals, warranty cards, tags, accessories, and freebies.
• You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product if there is any issue.
• PC Paradise reserves the right to cancel orders anytime. If payment was made in advance, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Product delivery depends on stock availability and may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances.
